| | 2005 | - Hair & Beauty Products
- (Dec 3, 2005)
- 3/29/08 - I've finally gotten around to re-organizing my Products Album. A lot of products that I have used have been deleted so that the only pictured items are the most current items I am using. The list below is of all the products I've used in the past.
1. Doo Gro Anti-Itich Oil - This is a good oil to calm down an itchy scalp. I haven't used this in months but may revisit it some time in the future.
2. Organics Carrot Oil - This product is ok. I really didn't see a major or a minor difference in my hair when I used it a few times. Although I still have a full jar, I probably will not use it again.
3. Castor Oil - It's ok. I've mixed it with my conditioner and it did leave my hair soft while damp. I may or may not use this in the future.
4. Goody's Ouchless Brush - NO! I have already thrown away this brush for a better one pictured below. The Goody's, although when I was using it did help with detangling once I found my other brush which made detangling EASIER, I ditched the Ouchless! lol!! And I don't miss it.
5. Burts Bees Raspberry & Brazil Nut Shampoo & Conditioner - I've used all of this product and will not buy again. It was ok. Not much to write home about.
6. Thera Neem Shampoo & Conditioner - NO! I decided to buy this product because I had read that Neem Oil is good for the skin and hair. This shampoo and condition really didn't do anything for my hair. I will look into using the Neem Oil for my hair or skin in it's natural state.
7. Hollywood Beauty Olive Creme Hairdress - This is ok. Doesn't moisturize enough for me.
8. Burt Bees Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo - Eh! This was ok. I may or may not use this in the future. Right now my whipped coconut butter/milk regimen is working wonderful for me. :-)
9. Burt's Bees Hair Repair - This is ok. I didn't really see a change in my hair when I used it. I may need to use it more often. Perhaps I'll revisit in the future.
10. Cool Mist Aniceptic Spray - This is good to help break up any build-up on your scalp jus before you shampoo. I haven't used this in awhile, but will use it in the future when necessary.
11. LouAna Coconut Oil - After reading a few threads on NP and doing some research on Dr. Mercola's site, I've switched to an Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil for my hair and diet. I didn't think anything was 'wrong' with LouAna, but as they say, when you know 'better' you do better. :-) - Album was created 6 years 6 months ago and modified 5 months ago
