- I know these updates aren't as frequent or as awesome as usual but most of thats due to the fact that I've been in these senegalese twists since May. Trust me though I am more than ready to take them out and I can't wait to see my growth and start my castor oil challenge :). Im also goin to start doing oil rinses in addition to deep conditioning once a week.

- I know I've been gone for awhile guys but I'll try to post more regularly. Currently Im rocking senegalese twists done by yours truly. Im keeping them in for another month and then wearing my hair out for a few weeks before I put it in another protective style. Happy Growing :)

- These are all the products that have become staples in my regimen. If you have any more questions about them please feel free to ask in my GB
Cowash every 2 or 3 days with Tresemme (depending on the style my hair)
Dentangle once/wk with fingers mostly or wide tooth comb and Tresemme
Apply Moisturizer (use smooth n hold pudding to set styles) after Cowash and daily
Seal with Shea butter
Deep Conditon once every 2wk
Trim when needed now
