UPDATED WEIGHT LOSS: CLEANSE
UPDATE AS OF MARCH 14:
I didn't maintain my alltime low of 154, but I do maintain my original maintenance goal of 163-165. I will always have to strive for goals. .. that's reality for me. I will prepare for my spring cleansing, which will bring me back down to the 150s, but will I stay there? Who knows. So basically, I maintain a 93 pound loss of the 100 pounds i lost. PRETTY GOOD, I'd say!! LOL

For those of you who have been following my weight loss, i am still battling this bulge!!

My heaviest weight was 250+ and my lowest was 158lbs. I maintained at 165. Over the past year, I fluctuated from 170 to 183. I always made sure I came out of those 80's quickly, but my body became very comfortable at 175-177lbs.

In August i decided to go back to healthy eating and started on my birthday with my first colonic.

On September 1 I began cleansing at 172 pounds. By September 15, I was back down to 161.5. I began to maintain, once again, at 165 pounds.

Throughout the holidays, I have been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds. But, then all of a sudden, something went extremely wrong and I found myself up to 177.5!!! I knew it was time for my Master Cleanse that I usually do every four months. My last one was in September, so I was ready!!

As of this morning, I am currently weiging 154.5 pounds, 1.5 pounds away from my ultimate goal of 153, which would allow me to happily maintain at this current weight.

I currently wear a size 8, some 10s.

Months 41-45
i have been so negligent with my hair lately, but at 11pm tonight, i decided to wash and hot oil treat my babies. I was amazed to see how much they have grown. I used standard Suave shampoo and deep conditioned/hot oil treated with pure avocado oil, wrapped with a steamy hot towel. They look yummy now.

Weight Loss
MAY 2007 UPDATE: I am down to 154.5 and wearing size 8 nicely!! This is the smallest I've been in my life! It's a great feeling. I like this size and am shooting for 150 so that I can maintain at 154.

APRIL 2007 UPDATE: I AM BACK DOWN TO 160. I haven't been 160 in over two years. I maintain roughly at 165, but as you know, I had regained 20 pounds and then lost 15 pounds. .. and then regained 15 pounds. Well to avoid this issue, I have decided to go down closer to 150 to allow a 10 pound gain, if need be, and still be at goal. I know I must maintain portion control and control in general, but I like wearing a size 9/10 and would like to maintain that weight.

I updated my site so you can see the results of losing and gaining without exercising. YOU MUST EXERCISE to keep the body toned!!

I WILL UPDATE WHEN I HIT MY ULTIMATE GOAL OF 153!!

MARCH 2005: PASSED GOAL!! I'M 159 LBS!!!

Here's a streamlined version of my weight loss, which I did in two stages: The first year I lost 60 pounds and within 4 months I lost an additional 37 pounds for a grand total loss of 97 pounds!!

UPDATED: AS OF SEPT. 9, 2005
I am currently weighing 170 lbs!! I guess I had a little too much chips and ice cream over the summer. After hitting goal, I went into maintenance and stabilized at 163lbs. I realized that I needed to go to 150-153 lbs in order to live and eat comfortably in maintenance. Eating after 7pm WILL NOT allow you maintain. Therefore, I am getting back on point and getting those excess pounds off, but wanted all my supporters to know that we ALL have our ups and downs, but we have to get back up. Stay with me as I continue this quest to lose close to 20 pounds.

PS: No pictures taken during the 5 lbs gain because I still LOOK the same and still wear the same clothes as I did at 162-165. I just don't FEEL comfortable in them.
