Work in Bijagua, Costa Rica
(May 6, 2006)
For the two months that I lived in Costa Rica, I spent most of the time in the town of Bijagua. I lived with a wonderful family and had a chance to do some amazing work. These photos are of the work that I did. In the ELP I worked in the Hotel Heliconias on a project my counterpart and I developed. Then I spent most of my time at my host families finishing up the project.

Phase Africain - Burkina Faso - Day to day living.
September - December 2004
during the Canada World Youth Quebec/Burkina Faso exchange program I was a participant with. These photos like all the digital photos here were mostly taken by Max and Emily. This album is just a basic overview what it was like for a day in Yako, Burkina Faso. No running water, toilets, alot of walking, a bit different then home.

African Phase (CWY) - Burkina Faso - Surroundings
September - December 2004
Canada World Youth Quebec/Mali/Burkina Faso exchange.
Photos were mostly taken by Max and Emily with the odd photo by other participants. This album highlights the places and different shots of the land. When we arrived the landscape was incredibly green. Lush and almost tropical. However by the end of the exchange things were dry, arid, and dusty. Most of these photos are taken in and around our Host community Yako.
