REPLACE WITH fresh fruits and veggies 3) YOU MUST DRINK AT LEAST 32OZ. OF WATER 4) YOU MUST TAKE YOUR VITAMINS--a lot of ladies say it is best to take before bed. 5) in your vitamin reggie include vitamin c, it helps with muscle soreness and also aids in iron absorbtion--we all know that iron is good for hair growth. if taking biotin in your reggie, you may want to include b-complex to help stop adverse reactions do not OVER DO THE VITAMINS TAKE AS DIRECTED be sure to watch those fat solubles vit. A,D,E,K the excess stays in your body. 6) PROTECTIVE STYLING IS A MUST. CAN BE VIA WEAVE, BRAIDS, BUN, ANYTHING AS LONG AS IT IS LOW MANNY AND OF YOUR SHOULDERS. 7) KEEP SCALP CLEAN.
