- I flatironed my hair and I thought it was HAWT. My niece who's a stylist, was horrified by my attempt. I agreed to let her flatiron my hair. She did a really good job. But I smelled burned hair and started panicking. She assured me the smell was product, but not burned hair. My daughter agreed that my hair smelled burned too. My niece gave me a laundry list of don'ts...take baths instead of showers and wrap my hair at night...blah blah. Needless to say I was over it real quick. The second day of my flat ironed hair I ran some water through my kitchen just to check that my curls were still in tact. They came back. By the end of that day I washed my hair out. LOL! Anyway my niece is trying to convince me to get this done every other month. I refused. I told her I might be down for once a year but that's it. Experiment over.

- I've slacked off on my pictures because life has gotten in the way. Very busy lady over here. I'm going to keep adding pictures as I find them,lol. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for all the kind words and stopping by. I truly appreciate all of it. I don't take as many pictures as I did in the past but I still love my natural hair.
