- I BCed for the 3rd time Feb 2007. Since then I have been using braids and weaves to grow out my hair. I have not had long natural hair since I was a kid. I have done the natural hair journey a couple times before, so I don't feel like I am missing out on having a short natural 'do because I have done that for years before.
