- Ok my natural sisters, it has definitely been a minute since I have visited Fotki. I am in school along with home schooling four out of five children. Me and my husband's youngest child who is three is also at home with me. I have a pretty busy schedule which limits my "down time".
Update: Currently, I am trying my best to wear all protective styles. I plan to only wear my twa once a week (if that). The previous winter was pretty harsh on my hair so I will try my best to protect my hair this winter.
I currently use:
Shampoo (twice per month maybe three) Pantene for relaxed & natural
Conditioner(maybe once a week) Pantene for relaxed & natural
Carol's Daughter Hair Milk (whenever I wet my hair)
Carol's Daughter Tui Leave-In Conditioner (almost every day)
Softee 100% Natural Beeswax (on my ends) when I do protective styles. Sometimes I'll just rub a little bit on my ends when I wear my twa for protection. It works and it keeps my ends soft.
These are the products that currently work for my hair. None of them are expensive. Using these products along with my protective styling; I have been able to keep those knots from forming at the end of my hair. I have cut my ends many times just to get rid of these knots. (uggghhhhh)

- I got my first big cut on 10/16/09. It was scary at first but with the support of my best friend&husband and also my sister Risse, I DID IT! However after a couple of days went by, I still felt like I wanted more. So on 10/24, I went back to my barber and asked him to cut it down some more. I guess because I could still see some of the relaxed strands, I wanted it all gone.
