| | - STS-131 Atlantis Shuttle Launch

- A good friend invited me to attend the last shuttle launch. We stayed in Orlando and boarded a bus at 4 A.M. Friday July 8 for the launch. The bus took us to the Kennedy Space Center. What a great experience. Something I will always remember.

| | - Fuel Pump Replacement

- With over 161K on the old girl, the fuel pump was starting to fail. After replacing the fuel filter and the problem still existing, a new VDO fuel filter was ordered.
Install took around 1.5 hours and the hardest part was removing the fuel lines from the old pump. If you can, have the fuel tank as low as possible. This makes the install easier.
Notes: I removed the passenger seat to make more room to work. Remember to disconnect the connections under the seat. Also, I disconnected the negative side of the battery.
