- So December was a great month for me. Celebrated my birthday and 6 month naturalversary on December 11th! Didn't plan it that way but hey what can you do. Can't say these first 6 months of getting to know my natural hair again has been easy but Im still natural and still loving it (most days)!

- Well I decided to give KCCC (Kinky Curly Curling Custard) another try because it didn't turn out as well as I'd have liked the first time. Still not too sure on the KCCC but Im going to try to wear it for a few days.

- Experienced first case of supreme dryness. Finally figuring out what poos and cons are best and good for my hair. Im loving Dr Bronners Castille Soaps. LOVE IT! Still working on a staple con but Im dwiddling my PJism stockup to make room for other things =)

| | - 2nd Month (July-August)
- Well this month I decided to actually add some styles to my album ha! I decided to start wearing my natural hair to work and stop covering it up, so theTWA was in full effect this month. Tried some twists (which came out horrible) but I tried it. I think its growing and my scalp problems I was having bf I become natural have just about went away. Im learning what works for my hair and also cutting down on the PJism. Cantu shea butter and water/glycerin mix are basically my permanent staples. Im also loving this product by Taliah Waajid called Protective Mist Bodifier. Those products do wonders for my hair when its extra dry in this FL heat. Still testing products out but not as many. Its a recession :-/

Things that worked:
-Cantu Shea Butter
-Water/Glycerin Mix
-Taliah Waajid Protective Mist Bodifier
-Coconut Oil/ EVOO
-Honey
Things that didnt work:
-100% Shea Butter (does nothing for my hair)
-Shea Butter mix (lol this stuff turned into a hard butter when all was said and done)
-Co-washing everyday. I can't cowash everyday but every other day its ok. I also can't go more than 2-3 days right now depending upon what products I put in my hair. My hair gets very thirsty in with the humidity and heat so right now washing every other day or 2-3 days is a MUST. - Album was created 2 years 10 months ago and modified 2 years 9 months ago
