- My latest hobby will be to create an awsome container garden for the front of my townhouse. The covenants will not allow me to do 'landscaping' so the only alternative is to do the container garden. I have so many ideas it's CRAZY, lol. I've been visiting nursery's in the meantime to get more ideas...

- On December 28, 2007 I closed on my very first townhome. I made the decision that it would not be my last purchase. I decided that I wanted to persue real estate investing and set a small goal to have at least 3 houses by the age of 40 (I am 29 years old now)
I personally did not want to move 35 miles south of my 'stomping ground' but I realized that in order for me to reach my goal, I had to step outside of my comfort zone in order to see it come to fruition.
