- 4-21-2010: Bad News!
..so I took the weave out that cost $325 and was supposed to help me grow my hair out, only to notice a huge bald spot in the middle of my head. Just not too sure where I'm gonna go from here.
I went into the salon to let them know and show them the bald spot but it seems as if they are saying it's somehow my fault or that I may have some hair loss condition. I believe it was because they braided my hair extremely too tight. I am seeing a dermatologist tomorrow about the issue. I asked for a refund but that didn't go so well. - I was still in Sierra Leone (West Africa) at the time. I had my tree braids for the beginning of the month then I got my hair done out there in a form of conrows called "pass-pass" (in Krio). I wore these through February as well.
