- Ok so here we go Hands only I will take the current braids out on Feb. 1 and then I am going to braid it with extensions which I have the address fro to afro hair shops here in Germany I will be going to search them out tomorrow. It has already been 3 weeks two more until the 1st. My hair is screaming for me to take the braids down but I will not cave.

| | - Mega Tek Challenge Starts today 3/10/09
- I have been using Mega Tek for a week but I have braids and I did not get any measurements before I put them in so I am going to Wait until I take them out so that I can track growth accurately. I will update with growth pics every two weeks. You can find my regimen in my journals.

- I have been away for a while! I have been wearing my hair twisted during the week and then I wear a twistout on the weekends. My batteries died and I just replaced them yesterday so needless to say I have no hair picks for April well just the ones from today. I have also rocked my fro a couple of times. I m only one Month away from my Nappiversary! Yeah Me Can't wait!

- Not too many pics for October because I was wearing my braids for my C&G challenge. I just took my braids down today I am now in puff mode only because it was easy to do and I do not feel like doing my hair now that it took me 1.5 hrs to take the braids down. So hope you enjoy the pics I will add more when I change my hair check out my growth after 6 wks of braids.

| | - February - March 2008 Hands Off Challenge
- Hands off challenge starts today Feb. 18th I am one day late statring but it is cool. I braided my hair today I plan to do a hands off challenge for 6wks. That means no obsessive grooming, touching, playing, or manpulating my hair. **** I had a blast at my husbands dinner party but I sat my camera on the table with some of my sisters and cousins and nobody used it I am waiting on my sister to email me her pics b/c my hair was really great that night! I pray she has at least one good shot of it! I will post as soon as I get it. ********* I have added some pics of the family from the airport as we sat waiting for my hubby to board his flight. Thanks for your prayers everyone. *****************I used some henna last week I absolutely see no major difference maybe the next time it will be brighter. I think I am going to try the cinnamon maybe if I add it to the Henna it will brighten it even better. *******Challenge complete I had some nice growth during my challenge I almost have 1.5" in growth I am so excited!!!! I will be doing this again for now I am breaking away from challenges I am just going to be sticking to my daily rutines and see how they work for me. By the way Afro Detangler the best product you will find absolutely I am head over heels in love with the stuff and it smells good too!
