RAD 2A canting issues I think the pictures are self-explanatory... After noticing the canting issues during test firing and repeated emails and phone calls, returning the units for evaluation, the conclusion according to Hart was: 1. It can't be the RAD - it's within spec. 2. My installer screwed up by powder coating the plates. 3. It's all my fault - I either tightened the set screws too little or too much. 4. It must be my shooting stance that is causing untoward forces to cant the housing. 5. I am too compulsive and imagining and making these issues up. I requested new stock plate hardware to swap the recoil absorption components into a non-adjustable setup, which costs less that the LOP units I paid for. I would have to pay $100/each for the plates on top of eating the cost difference, as these 'issues' are just imagined. After weeks of wasted time and testing, the canting persists and Hart's position remains unchanged - the issues are all my fault or in my imagination. Ultimately, I can never trust the RAD or the company for any future needs. I am going to absorb the $1,000 loss on the units, including installation and shipping, and move onto better and proven recoil systems. DON'T BY ANY HART PRODUCTS!!!!
