- Started with a non-working Contax II off eBay, shutter and RF repaired by Eddy Smolov, disassembled, parts painted by Robert Jagitsch, reassembled and covered with black kidskin from Cameraleather. Nice shooter.

- This C-bayonet Sonnar arrived with a completely uncemented rear triplet, replaced with a slightly scratched rear triplet from a 1937 CZJ Sonnar. The optics were hacked into an LTM mount built up with parts from 1977 Valdai and 1958 ZOMZ J-3's.
