How I did It:
I did a LOT of stuff. I did a Master Cleanse after I weaned my son and that helped immensely. I've gone high carb, low carb, no carb, and in the end I've realized these are the basic principles of successful weight loss:
Exercise 6 days a week, and stretch on the 7th. You have to move every day. Diet burns the fat, exercise reshapes your body and helps you maintain healthy habits though out the day. Incorporate some form of resistance training 2x's a week so you don't end up small and still flabby.
Track EVERYTHING you eat! You can do this manually in a small memo pad on use a free online food journal. My favorite is http://www.myfitnesspal.com
Eat as clean as you can tolerate. Cut out all caloric beverages. Switch from regular coke to Coke Zero. Try Sobe Life Water (the zero calorie version) it's the bomb. Any tea is great. Sweeten with Truvia instead of sugar. Your taste buds will adjust to the taste.
Invest in a George Foreman Grill and some great spices and cook all your meat on it instead of frying.
Cut back on bread and other starches. Try to have only 1 starch per day.
Eat lots of raw fruits and veggies.
Drink 1/2 your body weight in water. I purchase a 32 ounce water bottle and refill it twice a day.
Make sure you are eating the right amount of calories for weight loss: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
Track your body fat percentage. Make sure you are losing the right kind of weight: http://scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html
Make it a habit. Motivation gets you started but it's habit that keeps you going. Just do your best. You don't have to do it perfect you just have to get it done.
Take pictures and measurements. The scale is every woman's enemy at least once a month LOL!
Take the emotion out of it. Emotions will jack you up every time. Emotions cause you to binge and cheat. Instead remind yourself that you are creating new habits and it takes time.
Don't quit. What else better do you have to do anyway? So what if it takes a long time to lose the weight, would you rather gain or stay the same in that same period of time? Keep it in perspective.
Get support. Plug into a forum, jump on a challenge, but stay involved, don't go it alone. Be accountable even when your results are embarrassing. Better to be embarrassed and get back on track than to not be accountable and go backward.
Create a fail proof environment. If you can eat an entire container of it, don't even buy it! Some food you just CANNOT eat in moderation, it's how we got fat in the first place! Buy gas station sized servings once a month instead.
RELAX! It's a process. Trust in the process. Trust that the Designer designed your body to work properly and you will succeed! - Album was created 2 years 11 months ago and modified 1 year 11 months ago

| add to cart | | | - Rid Your Self Of Stretch Marks Challenge
- Ok ladies I will be tracking my progress here.
Goal: To Minimize stretchmarks and tighten skin as much as possible without resorting to surgical procedures.
Regimen:
I will be using the Derma-roller 5x's a week. This will be the core of my program. I will immediately follow th rolling with application of MSM Cream.
I will be doing the It Works Applicator 1-2x's per week until they're gone (I have 4 left). Will not be repurchasing.
I will then use Defining Gel, Nivea Good Bye Cellulite, Avon Super Shape Anti Cellulite Cream, & Anew Lift & Tuck once a day until they run out (gotta use it up LOL!)
I will replace the above with Palmer's Stretch Mark Cream once a day until I reach goal. Basically I'm trying to use up all the products I have lol but my staples will be MSM Cream and Palmer's.
Oh and don't spend an arm and a leg on the rollers on different websites, I found mine on Amazon.com for $31!
I actually did not find the rolling painful, prickly at best. I feel more "pain" dry skin brushing. BUT if you're sensitive you may want to grab some 5% Lidocaine cream. I got some on Amazon for $18 with free shipping. Let me know if you have any questions!
