- One of my favorite all natural hair care lines. Very moisturizing, and cares for my curls. This line is very affordable and will remain a staple in my current line-up. Many of the products have numerous functions and can be used as a leave-in and a styler. Samples and full sized products are avaiblabe at:

- This album includes from start to finish all the products I have ever dibbled and dabbled with. I have tried a lot of different things, and I hope through my trial and error you will not have to go through what I experienced. I have learned my hair and now I buy based off of ingredients and what I know is healthy for my hair. Hair health and length are my focus. I also learned that definition comes from moisture and general hair love!! Send me a message if you need more information other than what I have given in the album.
Update July 13, 2008:
I need to update this album desperately. Sorry but I have been extremely busy with grad school and etc. I also need to post some more recent pics of my hair (I will soon, I promise).
These are the lines that I have currently in rotation: Jane Carter Solution Blended Beauty Curls Devacare/Devacurl Komaza Oyin Karens Kinky-Curly
Products I love but will revisit in the wintertime:
Qhemet Karens Hair Butter Aveda
More to follow....by regimen is as follows:
Sunday- Pre poo hair with Ojon and Jane Carter Solution. Wash hair with sulfate free shampoo. Deep Treatment with Komaza. I alternate with a protein treatment by Aveda, Komaza, or Hairveda. Bun hair or twist with Karen's products or Oyin.
Throughout the week I bun my hair, redampen and reapply Jane Carter Solution Nourish and Shine and KBB hair milk. I use Qhemet honeybush tea gel to smooth my hair down.
Friday: Co wash or use blended cutie cleansing conditioner and apply styling product of choice. Right now I am alternating between Blended Beauty, Kinky-Curly, or Curl Junkie.
Saturday: Refresh with spray and water if needed.

- (Aug 13, 2007)
- I just ordered full sizes of the curls by sisters smith hair line. In this album you will see the results of applying this product. I washed my hair with CD Khoret Amen, then conditioned with Oyin Honey Hemp mixed with TJ Nourish spa or VO5 Tea Therapy Chamomile. I then applied the quick fix spray, followed by the hair butter, and then topped it off with the pudding. I then would go back over the pudding with a little spritz to further seal in moisture. As a result I got nicely defined curls, minimal frizz, fully-healthy looking hair with body, no crunch or stiffness, and a ton of compliments!!! A HG for sure, and move over miss jessies because this stuff is very AFFORDABLE!!!

- Washed and conditioned with honey line from Body Shop. Applied Aveda Elixir and Brilliant Universal styling cream to wet sopping hair. Then I layered over that the Be Curly Curl Enhancing Lotion. I smoothed the front down with the humectant pomade and applied that overall lightly throughout the entire head to hold moisture in. This was my first puff and I was extremely pleased. As you can see, my hair is growing...thank you Jesus!!!

- I am looking for ways to use up my Qhemet sampler pack. So, I went ahead and did about 9 fat two-strand twists using the olive detangling conditioner, the amla and olive heavy cream, and the honeybush hair tea gel. I tied my hair down, slept in them overnight, and then took them out the next day around lunchtime. These are the results, so feel free to weigh-in and let me know what you think about how the twist-out went

| add to cart | | | - shealoe experiment courtesy of Moe
- Shealoe, my first attempt at becoming a Mixtress. I followed Moe's recipe and this was very simple, thanks Moe. So far so good with this stuff. It is thick and moisturizing, and my hair tends to like it. I have yet applied it loose hair though, but I will next week when my hair goes back into the bun.
