| | What's new on Woollytam 11/11 UPDATES FINALLY's "Photo Albums" pages Recently created and updated albums: | Ask!! | - HAIR TWIINS 4ab - 4c if ya nasty
- All of the women in this folder share the same texture as me. This is for inspirational purposes for when I get fed up with my hair.
If you see your pic here and don't want it to be, let me know. If you think we're twins and your not here, let me know.
CALLING ALL TWINS: This album gets the most hits out of all my albums, and I would like to see it grow. Our hair texture gets a lot of flak and im not feeling that. I was recently told I have "good hair" because its not "hard nigga hair". Not my words!!! I didnt even know how to respond because my hair is about as nappy as hair can get. The concept of good hair vs bad hair is beyond me. Me and my hair twins are proof ALL hair is good hair once you know how to deal with, take care, and accept your god given crown. - 28 photo(s) (4 MB)

Okay so after all my bitching about how permanent color RUINED my hair, and forced me to do many many unwanted cuts, and sacrifice great amounts of length----I've colored again!
But this time, i only colored my bang sections because I enjoy the length it is at now, and I don't mind if it doesn't grow much.
I am really enjoying this new pop of color and best of all I don't have to sacrifice my overall length or health. I've also been inspired by NAPPYWRITERDAME with her gorgeous henna results, so i may throw some henna on the entire thing eventually.

| | Ask!! | - fall/winter 18-23
- I finally took the twist i had in from august 2 out (oct 9)(Before i took them out fully i wore them in a very bad ass and huge twistout for a few weeks, but sadly i have no pics.) and put in new twist (oct 11). this time i got them professionally done because i didnt have the time to sit and lazily do them myself. personally i like the big organic looking ones i did myself but these should last a good 2 1/2months or until christmas. this means my updates may be a lil boring for the next few months, plus my camera broke so until i fix it or get a new one my updates will be made via a very crappy camera.
Started the 100 days challenge (14 weeks) jan 10:
*no heat (AT ALL!) *only protective styles (and resulting "outs" with the back pinned up) *low manipulation *moisturize daily (currently using a mix of glycerin, infusium leave in, and water--leaves it super soft all day) (afro detangler AKA afro crack--moisturizes well, does not need daily use) *deep condition once a week (hollywood olive oil deep conditioner mixed with oil)
Feb 28 - 7 weeks down, 7 to go

| | dont touch my stuff!! | - comparisons
- comparisons from july -jan, I got (and still getting) a few trims to get rid of the color. dark natural hair looks and feels a lot better than colored natural hair. no more permanent hair dye for me ever again. maybe i'll just stick to rinses.
